Overview
A landscape irrigation contractor is an individual, firm, corporation, or partnership who performs any landscape irrigation installation for which a permit is required and is regulated by code. They shall be licensed as a landscape irrigator with the State and shall register their license with the City.
The exception to this is a plumbing contractor licensed by the State and registered with the City in accordance with code may perform the work of a landscape irrigation contractor.
Items Required for Registration
- Copy of renewed State landscape irrigator license
- $90 annual fee
- $15 technology fee
- $10,000 Surety Bond made payable to the City of Canyon
- City Registration Form
