The Human Resource Director provides administrative support in the area of Personnel Services.
The Human Resource Director's responsibilities are as follows:
- Development and implementation of personnel rules and regulations as they pertain to City employees
- Administration of employee's benefit programs
- Administration of retirement benefits
- Custodian of employee records and employment verification
- Conducting new employee orientation and employee exit interviews
- Serving as a Notary Public of the State of Texas
