  2. Dungeons & Dragons at the Library!

    Join us for the fantastic stories of Dungeons and Dragons and take part in creative story gaming. On the first Saturday of every month the library will host a D&D group from 10am - 2pm. Registration is required as spots are limited to 10 participants (ages 12 and up). New players are welcome.

  3. Seed Exchange!

    June 3, 2023, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM

    Join us for an evening of seed swapping and meeting other gardeners. Even if you don’t have seeds to share there will be plenty of seeds for everyone. Please bring seeds that are less than two years old. Be sure to label each packet with the name of the seeds. Growing information is helpful, but not required. We will have envelopes and markers available if you need them. Bring what you have, take what you need. Randall County Master Gardeners will be there to answer gardening questions and provide instructions for planting seeds. There will be demonstrations on how to read seed labels and how to check seeds for viability.

Must provide own supplies.? ? Knit and Be Fit / Crochet Along the Way!? Want to take up knitting or crochet but do not want to sit so much? Learn how to walk while you knit and crochet. Join the Canyon Area Library team and get your steps in while you create caps, scarves, and other projects.? Come to Knit Nights at the Canyon Area Library on Mondays 4:30-6:00 (or make an appointment for another time). Learn how to knit and crochet there. Once you learn basic stitches, practice while walking inside the library building. Once you get the hang of it, walk around the Square, or the WT campus, or the Southeast Park pond and report your steps. Watch your name go up on the Leader board in the library. You get a free yarn carry bag when you begin. ? *must provide own supplies*?
